What to Know. Last Email of the Decade!

Stats & Suns. Each month in 2020 we will gather at 300 Suns Brewery for a stats presentation and open discussion on the market. On January 9th, 2020 we will review the previous month, previous quarter and previous years’ sales results. We will also take a peek at the upcoming month, quarter and prognostications for the upcoming year. Please join me at 300 Suns Brewery at 335 1st Ave on Thursday, January 9th for about an hour starting at 3 pm. There will be plenty of time for questions, discussion, any announcements you want to make and refreshments (beer, soda or water).

This will be a monthly space for me to share current real estate market stats in a way all agents can understand and easily share with clients. It’s a place to ask questions, gain understanding and share experiences. Additionally, agents who wish can make announcements, talk about listings, ask about marketing and generally banter about in a relaxed atmosphere. We can fit about 50 in the room, but seating is limited to 30, so get there early. No rsvp necessary. Somehow, I scheduled this right at the beginning of happy hour, so stick around for some food, a beer, to work on a deal or just hang with friends.

Many of you have seen the video I did about our office recently. If you haven’t, click here, it was fun. But, that’s not all. I have more videos that you’ll see soon. Go have fun with your business and don’t forget to be authentic.

We also took home first-time honors as a Fortune 2019 Best Workplace in New York while being named a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality from the Human Rights Campaign for the second year. We were named a Fortune Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance for the third year in a row and a Fortune Best Workplace in Texas for the second. These are accomplishments we are all be proud of and look to improve on in 2020.
