I simply don’t know what to say anymore about the stats. I have run out of positive things to say; run out of superlatives to use; and I’m at a loss for coming up with something new to point out. So, in a month when it appears every Realtor in the area is busy, I will keep this short and sweet.

  • +63.6% Monthly Condo Sales
  • $283,549 Average SFR Sold Price in Longmont
  • $197,100 Median Condo Sold Price in Longmont
  • +12.7% Median Sold Price in Area 5
  • 48 Days on Market in Firestone, Frederick, Dacono

If this keeps up we are on pace for approximately 1,133 sales of single family homes in Longmont for 2013…the most since 2007 (1,223)!
